TELUS Connect is the new and improved name for the app formerly known as "My Wi-Fi." With TELUS Connect, you can easily manage your TELUS home services right from your mobile device. From self-installing TELUS products to setting up parental controls, this app puts all the power in your hands.
Key features of TELUS Connect include:
- Monitoring devices connected to your network and checking your data usage and billing information
- Viewing and changing your Wi-Fi name/password, as well as managing your guest Wi-Fi
- Pausing Wi-Fi device access or setting up schedules to reclaim valuable family time
- Setting up family safety features like adult content controls and network security
- Accessing personalized troubleshooting and recommendations to ensure smooth service performance
- Self-installing TELUS products such as Boost Wi-Fi, modems, TV boxes, and more (requires TELUS hardware or a self-install kit)
In order to use TELUS Connect, you'll need:
- A TELUS Internet subscription in Alberta, British Columbia, or Quebec
- A My TELUS // Espace client account
- An Android 8 or later device
- Note: Feature availability may vary depending on your modem, region, and product subscription.
